PRO-TECH SHOCKS 400 SERIES are made from 45 M/M diameter 6262 specification aluminium with adjustable spring seat platform for 2 ¼" I.D. springs. Springs are manufactured from 735A51 chrome vanadium spring steel. Each spring is cold coiled prior to any grinding or shaping and then heat treated and shot peened before being finished and painted. Springs are powder coated. The normal finish uses a FULL gloss polyester powder in jet black -

Whilst our starter kit may not be the cheapest, we do believe it to be the best value. We only use high quality materials and components fit for purpose. For example polyurethane bushes and stainless crush tubes or cds tubing in our roll bar and suspension parts. Our Chassis are fabricated to a tolerance of just 1mm diagonally across the entire chassis.
